By using HAMANI DOCS ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

3. Pricing & Credits
- Cost: $0.85 AUD per action
- Minimum top-up: $10.00 AUD
- Credits do not expire
- No subscriptions, no monthly fees
- Payments processed in AUD via Stripe
- GST (10%) included in all prices
4. Refund Policy
- Used credits are non-refundable
- Unused credit balance — contact us within 30 days for refund
- Technical failures preventing service delivery — full credit refund

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Create fraudulent, fake, or illegal documents
- Impersonate individuals or organisations
- Upload documents containing others' data without consent
- Attempt to bypass payment or credit systems
- Use automated bots or scrapers
- Violate Australian law or international law
6. AI Disclaimer — Important
⚠️ AI-generated content is NOT legal, financial, or professional advice. Always review generated documents with a qualified professional before use. HAMANI DOCS is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, HAMANI DOCS is not liable for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Third-party service failures (Google, Stripe, Cloudflare)
- Misuse of generated documents
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
HAMANI DOCS branding, design and code are our property. Documents you generate belong to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all data you upload.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits will be refunded on legitimate terminations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.
