2. What We Collect

Documents & uploads you submit for processing — processed immediately, not stored.

Account info — if you sign in with Google: your name, email, and Google ID are stored in Firebase for credit balance tracking.

Payment info — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Usage data — credit balance and transaction history stored in Firestore to operate the credit system.

3. How We Use Your Data

To process your documents and forms via AI

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Gemini AI — processes your document requests. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Firebase / Firestore — stores your account and credit balance. Google Cloud, Australian region.
Stripe — handles all payments. PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
Cloudflare Pages — hosts this website.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded documents — not stored, processed in memory only
Account data — retained while your account is active
Transaction records — retained 7 years (Australian tax law)

7. Security

All data transmitted via HTTPS. API keys stored as encrypted secrets in Cloudflare. Firebase secured with authentication rules. Payments handled entirely by Stripe — we never touch card data.

8. Children

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
